How To Cancel An Order Urban Outfitters

Anyone else get an order cancellation from Urban Outfitters?

I just got a notification saying my Circles order has been cancelled. I have money in my account, not that it matters because I already paid, and my address is correct because I just received Good AM from them yesterday. I'm really bummed, it's the limited version and I sat waiting for it to drop to be sure I got a copy. Anyone else get this email or know why they're doing this?

I got a response. The customer service rep just apologize and said they are not sure why this item is being cancelled. That's all they told me

Yo I talked to a supervisor over the phone and they told me because of issues with distribution because of Covid-19 they cancelled all original preorders but she told me the one I reordered today should be good and they're shipping them May 29th (like the official Mac site's ship date as well). Hopefully she actually knew what she was talking about 🤷🏼‍♀️

I reordered to take advantage of the 10off 50 And grabbed another copy of good am to frame. Knocked 5 off each vinyl so if they cancel again at least I got 5 off good am lol

Literally just got out of work to see that. Hopefully they fix this. Maybe they werent being produced yet and because of Covid the company making them mightve shutdown before they started production. Covid has officially gone too far

I had two separate orders for one copy of Circles. One got cancelled but the other went through. I really hope they fix this.

Maybe they didn't anticipate so many orders so they can't fulfill them anymore and cancelled everyone's to re order with how many they can actually produce. That's my only guess

Mine says cancelled but they just charged my card yesterday..... asshats.

Mine had changed from being charged back to pending last week so i feel like their refund system is just super messy
