Pros: The drop off was not easy at all. Was able to pick a time slot to drop off the car at 6pm not knowing the location actually closed at 4pm. Staff did not tell us the procedures for the after hours drop off. My husband went all the way there, then had to come back and we had to call the Enterprise help line to have them tell us how to drop off the car after hours.
Cons: Communication with staff about drop off procedures especially after hours.

Pros: I LOVED my rental, an expidition max. Delightful to drive.
Cons: The car wasn't ready on time. Securing my rental investment loved a call the day before, to ensure that I did, in fact, want what I'd reserved. And then, when I arrived, on time for my rental, it wasn't there, it wasn't in transit, and I had to wait 1.5 hours to be transported to a different location to get a suitable vehicle.
Cons: Car was very dirty. Customer service was not good.

I Would Rent From This Location Again
Pros: Great staff very friendly and accommodating . Free upgrade. The process of actually renting and returning was easy. They are in an odd location, inside a hotel, but again,
Cons: Not sure where this falls, but the first car, (a free upgrade to F150), was smoked in. So perhaps under prep. But was able to swap it out for a Jeep Renegade, still an upgrade over what my quote was originally for so that's a good.
Refused to let me rent the car
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was unable to rent the car when I showed up due to my out-of-state license. Moreover, the pre-paid insurance fee was not refunded. I was then forced to make an emergency reservation with a different organization in order to make it home for the holidays. I will never use Enterprise again and will thoroughly discourage anyone I know and/or met from using them as well.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The inside of the car was very clean. it was very thoughtful to see a note that special care was given to COVID19 cleanliness.
Cons: I do like a clean car on the outside. The car was not washed on the outside. However, we did have a few wet days prior to me renting the car.
Not happy
Pros: Well it got me to the airport with no breakdown..
Cons: My car smelled like smoke , mentioned this at pick up and the attendant said He did not smell anything, but I'm very sensitive to smoke and it causes a migraine. Also my price was double what I was quoted!!
Cons: The rental office was NOT easy to find. It's located next to Sears, which is undergoing considerable construction, so you have to look beyond the fences and scaffolding to see it.
Paid way more than what was advertised. Scammed.
Pros: Cleanliness of car.
Cons: Final Price was much more than advertised. I had to wait 43 min to get my car, it was reserved for 10:00 am, got it at 10:43. I was charged extra time that wasn't included in reservation price. I was charged for under 25 fee PER DAY. I thought I was paying a little over $200 for the rental, and I paid over $300. For 2 days.

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: The staff was horrendous. Most importantly, they didn't have a car for us and didn't car. Worst car rental experience of my life. How can you rent a car and show up to get it without one being available?

I been renting cars for long time I never had this poor experience before, that's shame

Pros: The vehicle we picked up was bigger than advertised. That was a pleasant surprise.
Cons: This location is inside a hotel. There was no way of knowing that. There are no signs outside or notes on the website that tell you that.
Cons: We were very upset over our experience with Hertz, and doubt if we will use them again. We booked on line and there was no reference to having to show our passports to get the vehicle. When we arrived to pick it up we were told they wouldn't release the vehicle unless we had our passports. We had our driver's licences with us. When we asked could we return within the hour with the passports, we were told they closed at 12 noon, and there would be no time. So we cancelled our rental and rang the company to explain our predicament, and asked that the cancellation fee be waived, which we hope has taken place. We subsequently booked with Enterprise, who did not need to see our passports. There was nothing on line to indicate with Hertz that we needed to show our passports. This was a very negative experience for us!

Disgusting condition of car
Pros: Everyone was very polite though not accommodating.
Cons: The minivan that was waiting for me to pick up was in disgusting condition. Filth on all the seats and even gum (among other things) ground into the console panel. Stains, Soda and stickiness were on all the seats. I asked for a different car, and was told by the acting manager and the regional manager that there was no other car available for at least 24 hours. While I was told that I would receive a substantial discount if we still took the car, it was just a promise and no amount was given. Given the condition of the car, I refused the contract and ended up renting at another car rental company where the experience was 100 % satisfactory. I will never rent from hertz again.
